Overview
Webflow CRM Integration is a commercial Odoo module I authored and published on the Odoo App Store. It connects Webflow Forms to Odoo CRM through secure webhooks, automatically creating or updating CRM leads the moment a form is submitted, with no external dependencies beyond a Webflow account, and support for both Odoo Online (SaaS) and on-premise installs.
Outcome
A polished, LGPL-3 licensed product listed on the Odoo App Store that gives Webflow site owners a plug-and-play, auditable pipeline straight into Odoo CRM.
What I built
- Real-time webhook sync via a dedicated endpoint that processes form submissions instantly
- Security-focused: HMAC-SHA256 signature validation, rate limiting, and full request logging
- UI-based custom field mapping between Webflow fields and Odoo CRM fields
- Configurable duplicate detection (Create / Update / Skip) by email or phone
- Health dashboard for sync volume and success rates, plus scheduled automatic retries for failed imports
