Overview
As lead consultant I owned this project independently: a full end-to-end Odoo V19 implementation for Panaro SRL, a chemical & plastics manufacturer. The engagement spanned module-specific rollouts, a version upgrade and migration, an Odoo health check & audit, and continued post-implementation support.
Outcome
A scalable, well-architected Odoo V19 platform tailored to the manufacturer's processes, with a clean upgrade path and reliable support.
What I built
- Led the full implementation independently, from requirements through go-live
- Configured core modules using Odoo Studio, automated actions, and custom workflows
- Executed a version upgrade and data migration to Odoo V19
- Ran an Odoo health check & audit to harden and stabilise the deployment
- Delivered ongoing post-implementation support and optimisation
